Description

I'm sorry for more Yugioh work, it's all I can manage to get done, because...
A: I have nearly completed my GX Manga collection, just four more volumes to go
B: I'm waiting for Zexal Ep. 31 and 5D's Vol. 3 to be released
C: It keeps me preoccupied until the update for Chaos Space Marines next Saturday (God, I love me some Chaos Marines :XD:)
And D: I've gonna try finding myself Legendary Collection 3: Yugi's World! Mainly just for the Seal of Orichalcos and Dark Necrofear more than any of the other 300+ cards
AI MOOST HAV MAH YOOGEEOWZ!!!!

Anywho, enough of that, you came to learn something new, right?
Wha- you said no? Y-you said no!? YOU SAID NOOOOOO!?!?!?

This here scumbag is (to coincide with the title) called Rick Rancid, a former Duel Gang leader who was betrayed by his lackies when they were given the chance to save their skins, only if they handed Rick over to Sector Security; naturally, Rick got his revenge on his ex-henchmen one-by-one after breaking out of The Facility and, once he was out of traitors to unleash his vengence upon, went on a rampage that hospitalised a large number of duelists.

Despite being warned about this crazed criminal duelist, Rika decided to go for a ride anyway, being caught in a trap set by Rick and is forced into dueling him; midway through their duel, Rick causes Rika to crash her Duel Runner and knock herself unconscious, while her bike is completely wrecked in the accident.
During her hospital stay after the crash, Rika receives the aid from the Duel Spirits, Divine Grace - Northwemko and Garlandolf, King of Destruction from a dream; once she recovers enough to walk by herself, Rika challenges Rick to a rematch, having been lent Jack's Duel Runner after he witnesses her determination to stop Rick's reign of terror.

In order to get around Rick's Negaquip strategy, Rika summons Garlandolf to destroy all other cards on the field and bring an end to Rick's violent streak with a single attack; this victory comes at a price when Rick is banished to another dimension by Garlandolf after the winning blow, Garlandolf claiming that "This is the price when those with darkness within their hearts are brought before the judges, and those found guilty will find themselves lost within the Shadow Realm," informing Rika that should he or Northwemko win her a duel, they get to decide the fate of the opponent. Rika decides to keep the duo in her decks, but is left concerned as to Rick's fate, worrying that the same fate may befall one of her friends or an innocent duelist.

Nearly a year after his disappearence, Rick returns as a stand-in for Rika when she's unable to compete in the WRGP due to an injury, having seemingly reformed and helping Toru and Misaki win their duel; after helping Team Triwinds advance to the next round, Rick explains that he was released from the Shadow Realm after Rika's three-on-one duel turned Omnicion into a giant icicle and, not wanting to return to that dark world, Rick decided to try and reform, so helping Rika and her teammates might just be a blessing.

Although seeming like a fishy excuse, Rika accepts Rick's help, hoping that having him on their side will be just what they need to win the tournament; athough he's trying to reform, that doesn't mean Rick's become a complete goody-goody and he'll often berate his new teammates for dueling poorly or not winning flawlessly against even easy opponents.

Rick previously abused an illegal prototype card, Armory Convoy, to use regular Equip Spells in a Turbo Duel at the cost of 2 Speed Counters each and with them, weaken an opponent's monsters until he can summon his ace card, Dark Highlander; with this Polar God on his field, Rick can prevent both duelists from Synchro Summoning and inflict 400 damage to his opponent by destroying all Equip Cards on a single monster. While trying to set up the field for Dark Highlander's arrival, Rick filled his deck with Fiend-type and DARK monsters, making sure to keep them around until he can bring out his ace card.

After his escape from the Shadow Realm, Rick still uses a DARK and Fiend deck, but the Armory Convoy card and his Equip Spells are gone, instead opting to try and summon either stronger DARK monsters like Diabolos, King of the Abyss and Tragoedia or to Synchro Summon monsters like Dark End Dragon.

I took far too long finishing this one, I gave up on it a few months ago and only finished it these past few days... damn, I'm lazy :iconheaddeskplz:
