Rika Nakamura

& you thought that Streak was the only Duelist in his family

After a decade since his time at Duel Academy, Streak settled down in New Domino City & started a family, passing on his dueling knowledge (& one very special card) to his daughter; but when her class mates heard Rika's dad was a former Duel Monsters Champion, she was shunned because she was morel likely to be using cards nobody in her school could beat...

It wasn't until she went to Duel Academy that Rika could duel anybody besides her old man; since she began using cards from her starter deck & plenty of boosters, Rika's favourite monsters soon began aiding her in passing her exams & even fending off a rival or two.

Now back from Duel Academy & learning of the sport known as Turbo Duels, Rika's more determined than ever to make her father proud.


Rika's deck is very basic, but it has helped her through plenty of duels & she's got enough Synchro monsters to keep any braggers quiet.
Her favoured cards include Synchrons (like Quickdraw & Road Synchron shown here), Sasuke Samurai & the classic Magnet Warriors combo...but Beta's by far her favourite of the three <3
